Hello: I'm Kristin, the co-author of Upstream Marketing and co-founder of EquiBrand. I would like to share a little bit about our coaching and small business consulting services. I work with individuals and smaller organizations that want to go to the next level.
The basis of our work together leverages the principles of upstream marketing, focused on insight, identity, and innovation. While this service offering is tailored to your unique situation, the process is guided by the following questions:
- Where to Play? We'll apply the demand framework to identify opportunity areas for targeting.
- How to Win? Here, we'll build a value proposition and work through the four keys to brand management.
- How Might We? What alternatives exist to meet your goals? We'll prepare an action-oriented roadmap for achieving these.
- What Would Have to Be True? What's needed to manifest the plan? What resources or actions are necessary for success?
I’ve been told I am very creative, with a quick wit, and boundless energy. I will certainly offer many ideas for maximizing your growth.
For me, coaching is at the intersection of what I’m good at and what I love. I am an astute marketer and I love driving growth in both individuals and organizations.
